How to search trade for specific texts (esp for affixes not listed in filters)

I am trying to search for a Watcher's Eye jewel with the specific affix "damage penetrates x% fire resistance while affected by anger"

I can see no mechanism in either poe.trade or the pathofexile.com/trade systems to do search for the text "while affected by anger" (or any arbitrary text string) and these affixes are not available as a filter option

Ironically I play mostly on Xbox which is generally considered to have a terrible trading system, but I am able to perform this search on xbox. Does this not exist on PC?

Sure...on the official site, click "+ Add Stat Filter", then just type in the name of the aura, in this case anger. Nothing else needed. It will pull up all the mods with that aura in them and yours will be there. You can also type "damage penetrates" but that will pull up many more options in this case.

I find that starting with the first word of the mod is often not the best option. It clearly uses key words, and you'll figure that out with experience. But aura name is definitely one key word that works well.
