Increased Duration + Berserk? Says supported, only changes mana cost?

Increased Duration shows as supporting Berserk, but the only thing that seems to change is the mana cost? Note I'm wearing a -8 Praxis so these costs are lower than standard.

not sure what you are expecting here, since the base skill dose not show the duration of the skill then it won't show the modification to it either (at least not on the tooltip)

Its based off the amount of rage, i guess they didnt factor in how quickly it consumes rage stacks for duration increase. Would be kinda cool if it worked.
