Disconnect Issues, possibly the fault of Verizon Fios or Microsoft Firewall

After I started playing again in Legion (Haven't played since Delve, dabbled a little bit with Syndicate but didn't like it and stopped playing) I noticed that, while usually my ping was around 15-30, it would occasionally spike up to 1000+ ms. While these spikes didn't bother me all that much as my gameplay is usually snappy and very smooth, they were sometimes accompanied by 3-6 seconds of all avatars completely freezing in place (Some animations would still play like my armor particle effects or my cosmetic pet bat flapping but not moving) followed by me getting booted to the login screen with an "An unknown error has occurred". I receive that same error every time this happens. I am on a Bootcamp PC (Windows 10) with Verizon Fios as my internet provider. The link below is my winMTR data, ran for 20 min. I also have been having some disconnect issues with minecraft and discord, though I am not sure they are related.
