Im im passed the cyclone quest, how do I get it?

Im im passed the cyclone quest, how do I get it? Random drop? That could take forever. Literally. It could never happen. Ive got a Shadow and Marauder passed the quest and I would like it on both of them. The notes imply its only available to them from the quest on normal difficulty.

Please dont say "reroll". That seems to be the answer for everything and I just dont have it in me. If the answer is reroll or random drop I will probably just give up.

You can always trade someone else for it, if you're not up to spending a couple hours racing a templar/marauder to act 3 normal.

Im not an expert player. Im not sure how long that would take me. Dont have a lot of play time either.

Is there any chance it can show up in quest rewards at other levels? Theres always a selection. Is the selection entirely predefined or are some random?

Yes, it is entirely possible (probable, even) that it will show up later as a quest reward.

The selections are always predefined, but it is possible that they altered later-level ones to have Cyclone as an option.

Well lucky for you the skill is subpar at BEST.

Has anyone found if this can actually be a drop too? People already want a horde of GCP for garbage so can imagine how much this would go for trade :(

It can be a drop, all skill gems can if you're in an appropriately leveled zone (so 24+ for Cyclone; maybe 22 if you kill a rare/unique mob, I'm not sure how that works exactly for base-level dropping)

The only items in the game that cannot drop are Scroll Fragments and the unique items that are given as special rewards for events. Other than that, every item that can possibly exist in this game can drop from any monster that is of sufficient level.

There is no way I have enough of anything to trade for it. Im a casual player. Plus I need two. One for each character. 20 wisdom scrolls anyone? 10 transmutation orbs? I dont see it happening.

I knew I shouldnt have played a game in beta. I learned that a long time ago. Things change a lot in beta. Things like a skill being added after you have leveled past getting it. Nowadays I wait for a game to release before playing. Unfortunately a friend talked me into trying this one in beta.

Thanks for the advice. Im thinking I will just take a break from playing for a few months (or until the game releases) for the game to be more stable and maybe by then I will feel like rerolling another Marauder and replaying the game.

yeah found one from a breakable last night. they do drop.
