Slayer - bane of Legends possibly not working.

Last night I did the last Lab run, grabbed my ascendancy points and put them on Bane of Legends. Played a little more and was getting the onslaught advantages from it. Movement speed/attack speed. Today I come back after the patch and now Bane of Legends doesnt seem to be activating off any rare/unique/normal mob. I tried refunding passives on it and re-picking Bane. Doesnt seem to work. Am I missing something or is anyone else having this issue?

I can't tell a difference aswell. Am I missing something ?
