Phantasm maximum summons

The phantasm support gem has a maximum of summons allowed at all times, but what I'm wondering is, does it applies to ALL phantasms summoned from every supported skill you have, or is it a maximum PER supported skill. As an example, I'm using it on my zombies, and against crowds the max number is quickly reached. But what if I support Lightning tendrils with it too? Do they max at 10, or do they cumulate at 20?

Maximum is 10, unless using soulwrest which pushes it to 20. Level 21 skill gem makes the limit 21 phantasms.

Makes sense. An army of ghosts would've been pretty rad though lol. Oh well, it'll do for now.

Minions skale with the level in damage and healt, how about soulwrest minions, what level are they?
