Library zone in act 3 generated waypoint/archive entrance in wrong location

I found the entrance to the archive before I found the waypoint. This is the first time in probably over 1000 times doing this quest that this happened, so I'm assuming it's either an incredibly rare or new bug. Every other time I've had to go through the waypoint to get to the archives.
