Ideal character level to farm Tabula Rasa in Blood Aqueduct (Act 9)?

Hello, what's the ideal character level to farm Tabula Rasa (via Humility divination card) in Blood Aqueduct (Act 9)? Does the character level affect the drop rate of the Humility divination card? Thank you! :O)

Yes, it does. IIRC drop is reduced after you are 5+ lvl over area lvl. However the game consider you as max lvl 68, no matter if you are 68 or 100lvl, so its not a big deal since Aqueduct is 60+ zone and penalty to drop is very low.

" Any fast build with a lot of "AoE". Totems/Summoners/ED or Bane, some bow or melee builds as well. ED is good choice as first build in SSF, especially in this league. |
