Unable to get the "Non-Ailment Chaos Damage over Time Multiplier" recipe for the higher tiers

As you can see, i have unveiled hundreds of veiled weapons, and the mod does not appear. At first i thought i was just unlucky, but i later realized it does not even exist in the Veiled tab. Could you check it out please? Thanks!
