So I started playing PoE about 3-4 months ago on and off and just really started getting into it. Is there any way possible to still get this belt? If so could someone explain to me how to get it/ways to farm for it. Thank you

No Nemesis mod on Zana's map device this league so you cant try to chance it or ancient orb it. That means you have to either buy it or farm/buy the divination cards that have a chance to drop it. https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Headhunter

I skipped out on some leagues so I'm not up to date, but couldn't you also theoretically get it from having Cameria in Transportation? It says a Transportation safehouse with Cameria in it would have "Chest with a random League-specific unique item."
I mean, I guess it might be a waste of a safehouse? I don't really know how to optimise Immortal Syndicate.

Yeah you can also get it from there I remember a few people had those during that league. Cardio can also offer a trade and judging by the description of the Time-Lost Incubator from this league, it should also drops league specific items too.

You can also get it from temple rank 3 rooms , hall of offerings and rank 3 storage rooms as a drop .
