Question About Quicksilver Flasks

I've used more Orb of Alterations on my Quicksilver Flask than I'd like to admit, but I still can't get one to roll a bonus movement speed modifier. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

What ilvl is your flask? It has to be ilvl 5+.

The one's you get from fairgraves medicine chest, = lvl 4 - just /itemlevel , usually anything around mudflats and beyond will be past ilvl 5.

I'd say probably not. I have never rolled that mod on softcore myself, but my hardcore marauder rolled that mod on a quicksilver flask I found early on in act 1. It wasn't the quest reward I don't think but I had it for a long time before his untimely demise.

Pretty much any quicksilver flask you find after mudflats will do for your movement speed mod.

The highest item level required for a flask mod is 13 so you don't need one from higher difficulties to make your 'endgame' quicksilver flask or any other type of flask for that matter.
