What gives with this bad log in system

I have been trying for more than an hour to log in.I can log into forum but not ingame.This is the worst log in system i have ever seen.I reset my pw and still it does not accept it.Kinda over it not motivated to play POE cause of this bad system.

Turn off caps lock.

uhm i tried it every way humanly possible with caps no caps with letter's no letters etc etc it still does the same
