Instance crashing on Oni-Gorosh hillock entering screen

This is the second time that it happened with me this league.

Started farming the weapon, got the bug once, felt like it was just bad luck. It just happened again.

Here the moment the crash happened, you can actually see the sword glowing and all

the report number, that i did as soon as i got back into the game. The instance reseted and just regular hillock on there

I'm running on a i5-4430, 16GB Ram and a GTX970, never had this kind of issue with PoE whatsoever
