Ps4: full passive reset

Hi I logged back in on poe after the patch 3.7 came out all my characters got the full reset except one.

Same here, I have 3 characters, lvls 63 Duelist, 73 Ranger, 85 Witch,
Ranger and Duelist got their Passive tree totally reseted, but my Witch is not reseted, please fix that as soon as possible I already sent an email to Path of Exile support Thanks. |

L3+up on dpad let's you reset whole tree, it just doesn't show in UI
