Timeless jewels

So I read on the viki this :

The only way to obtain a Timeless Jewel is to corrupt five unique Timeless Jewels into rares, then sell them to vendor for an uncorrupted rare one.

So how exactly do you get the new jewels that modify your tree ?

Why would you want an uncorrupted rare one.

That wiki section is talking about getting a white timeless jewel for crafting purposes. I havent found anything regarding special mods for rare timeless jewels.

You get those unique jewels if you use the legion emblems in the map device. Looking at their prices, they seem to be pretty rare, even if you clear the Domain of Timeless Conflict.

So there is an assumption that you can get rare mods crafting a timeless jewel ?

No, there isnt. It should act as any other regular jewel for that purpose.
