Resolute Technique Suggestion
|
With last patch/league buff melee, accuracy had a great improvement....items, precision aura, tree nodes,100% chance to hit, 3000 accuracy to hit level 83 mobs is not very difficult to reach, etc...Resolute Technic is now inefficient. My suggestion is a "little buff", that's now it would work similiar to Elemental Overload:
- Your hits can't be evaded - No critical strike multiplier - No damage Multiplier for Ailments from critical strikes - 40% more attack damage if you've Crit in the past 8 seconds with attacks Last bumped on Jun 15, 2019, 4:30:23 AM

So that you could stack it with elemental overload with any elemental attack ?
That would be a complete no-brainer. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

" Maybe Elemental Overload should be "Spell Overload" to works with physical and chaos spells |

Why ?
Why would you change a keystone that is working into something completely different ? I agree that resolute technique could use some love ( and I'm surprised that it did not get any, it feels quite outdated now that accuracy got such a big power up ), but no need to change other keystones imo. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

" I think that Elemental Overload need to change by itself not to complement any others keystones. It's not very fair for non elemental spells. |

Well, it was definitely intended when they created EO, it's now simply one of the drawback of phys/chaos spells.
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

The solution is to delete it from the tree.

Resolute Technique is functioning perfectly as a keystone: it's something 99% of builds don't want, but it's amazing for the ones that do.
Specifically, RT is for bleed builds, and nothing else under any circumstances. If you deal your damage with hits, crit and/or overload will ALWAYS be better, and that's fine. Not every node needs to work for every build. That's part of the core design philosophy of the entire passive tree. |

" I've used RT on my EQ burning builds before ... but then I realized that a little bit of investment in accuracy + EO was just plain better if I could reach that part of the tree. And if I could reach that part of the three, this : would give me a significant accuracy boost .... and now they just eased getting high accuracy AND they added +70 int right next to the jewel slot where this one is the best ... I mean come on, reasons to get RT have been decreasing a lot this league. I honestly think that it could use a buff. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

Maybe:
- Your hits can't be evaded - Never deal critical strikes - 10% chance to deal double damage |
