Ctrl+Enter doesn't work to reply to last whisper from chat

Confirmed this with multiple friends as well, pressing ctrl+enter is doing exactly the same as just pressing enter itself.

Yeah I noticed this today once trade started working again. Ctrl + Enter does the same thing as Enter.

" I'm afraid I can't think of anything that changed on my end since last league; other than updating to the latest Neversink filter and adjusting volume levels I haven't touched any in-game options settings this league. I didn't notice it until today since whispers started coming in after the trade API got fixed, and the Ctrl + Enter shortcut just behaved like pressing Enter and didn't automatically try to reply to that last incoming message. Same issue here, started with the 3.7 launch. I have changed nothing, and do enough trading that I've noticed.

No changes here except update to the latest neversink filter, experiencing the issue too.
I'm using the Steam client if that helps. |

Same issue newly in 3.7, standalone client. I didn't change any settings other than a new loot filter.
