Graphic Problem - Dull Metal textures

I am having this strange issue since the update where some metal textures in the game are looking "Dull", look at the screenshots for a better idea. I tried looking it up on the internet but couldnt find anything.

The better examples are the pipe on the down left and the stash on the top left (witch without the shine on the metal is almost imposible to see on the "After" screenshot).
EDIT: The problem is more obvious in other places, like the cave treasures on the hideout, or the golden chests at zones like solaris temple, but this is the only place i have a "before" screenshot.

Windows 10 Pro x64
16GB ram
AMD A10-7850K Radeon R7 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G 3.70 GHz
For what i know i have an integrated video card.

Just got back to the game after a number of month break, and yes, all the metal textures look extremely dull now. This was the first thing that jumped at me visually...not sure if this was an intended effect to some graphics update within the game, but it looks pretty bad in my opinion.

Yeah I think that was intended... it messed up a bunch of MTX reflectiveness as well and overall looks a lot worse imo.

Here is a quick list of items that have definitely been affected. Unfortunately I kept very few screenshots from before the change, so these are the only items I can definitely confirm, but I am fairly certain that pretty much every regular item with metallic texture, be it chain-mails or plate armors or things like metal trims on barrels or chest, have been affected:

Hideout decorations:

Stash chest
Guild Stash chest
Vaal Tablets #4
Weapon Rack (most prominent #2)
Helmet Stand #2
Map Device (only the smaller version #1)
Syndicate Armor Rack #6

Regular Items:
These are very prominent (see helm in images below)...it seems like older gear from earlier years of the game has been affected the most.

Visored Sallet
Gilded Sallet
Plate Vest

MTX:

Sin Sword Pet
Gorgon Armor set
Sunprism shield (not sure about this one, just purchased it today and it seem a lot less reflective than in the preview video)

Oh yeah, my Cave Treasure decoration is really dull now! Still an issue for some items I guess... ?
