Why is chain hook restricted to one handed weapons?

What sense does that make? Is it for balance purposes? my friends and I can't come to any reason why it is restricted in this way.

It seems just as impractical to throw out a chain using a single two handed weapon, as it does to magically throw a chain while both of your hands are full.

Are there any legitimate reasons for this or is it just "Because"?

Why is reave limited to one handed? Why can you use tectonic slam while unarmed, but not with a sword equipped? Why can you use viper strike with two handed weapons?

Things don't make a lot of sense sometimes. Learn to deal with it.

I'm almost 100% sure you can use tectonic slam with a sword.

because they don't like to give 2-Handers nice toys.

Tectonic Slam has no weapon restrictions.

You can use wings of entropy, which are considered a 2h axe.

Cause one chain hook can net you 6 rage... 8 with shockwave.
They obv did not want to break Two handers two much.

My EQ, Shockwave Beserker already Nets 4 rage Per hit and its Pretty broken at max rage with a two handed Hammer.

Imagine if I Could max Rage in Half the time it takes now and Use the Beserk skill. . . Which I cannot At the moment as Am using a two Hander
