Anyone can help me with melee 3.7 build ?

I want to make new skill or cyclone slayer. Will it be 'op' as winter orb last league or maybe other skill? I just need advice, im not strong at melee builds

Hey mate, i've been sitting on POB for hours now trying to make a strong build for Cyclone, This is however my first build i ever made, but in the statistics it seems viable. It is expensive, but you dont need all of these items to make the build work, Starforge is going to be really expensive this season, so there are a couple axes that works fine with this build. Which are 1.) Kaom’s Primacy
2.) Sinvicta’s Mettle 3.) Kitava’s Feast. If you going to use axe you need to swap the sword nodes to the axe ones instead. but still way over 2mil dps.

Like i said, its in working progress im pretty happy with the build as it stands now.
Give me a opinion.
