Bleed build finally a thing????? what are your thoughts
![]() ![]() ![]() they finally added "bleeding you inflict deal x% damage faster" this is effectively a multiplier at 40% faster its 1.66x multiplier i was thinking of pure Bleed DoT only build - puncture / sweep what are your thoughts about this? Last bumped on Jun 5, 2019, 5:00:38 PM

Wish they would give "Chance to Flee" a modifier for Damage over time.

Did this build in PoB before new tree has been released. Gear is very approximate. This PoB is for new Lacerate. I used Ground Slam coz it have almost same base % of damage, then i added flat phys and % more damage with bleeding on boots. Axe is good but i think its not so hard to spam fossils until u will catch T1 % or flat phys + 60% more damage with bleeding. I added 75% more damage and 15% reduced duration on weapon as a fossil mod for bleed and watchers eye for malevolence. Also I want to use delve ring with lvl 5 Vulnerability on hit and helmet with 9% increased phys dmg taken. What i think about new tree, my current build shoud be much better with new changes. Cant wait for this. I played a lot of dot builds and can say that if u will have at least 150k per stack (1,2m at 8 stacks), this is really solid DPS (mostly for bleeding). Last league i played ignite trickster with 900k ignite dps and uber elder was done in 3 mins. I think its not so good idea to start this build without good crafted axe because u will feel urself uncomfortable. I want to use this build only when Ill get an usefull crafted axe. p.s. tried a lot of skills to use for bleed, now nothing cant be compared with new Lacerate, this is really only skill u can use for melee builds with bleeding as a main source of damage. Helpful, but still not enough. If anything, that 'reduced damage taken from bleeding enemies' bit is the most tempting thing there.

With new tree in pob and Fortify instead of Swift Affliction DPS became ~230k per stack with Lacerate. I think its not bad.
