Does the quality on a gem affect its XP gain?

If so whats the best item / items for leveling gems?

Only on 3 gems : empower, enlighten and enhance
Quality can up the increase exprience gain to 100% Items from haku with modifier : x% to quality to socketed gems is the best to lvl them ! On other gems, quality can increase different things like damage, aoe, cast or attack speed ... if you really want to level a gem faster than baseline (it isnt that slow to start with...)
Dallia's Malefaction chest piece can hold 6 gems that will all get 25% increased xp gain if theyre in blue sockets (gems can ignore socket color restrictions) Otherwise, just put gems in your offhand weapons and level them while you play. they still gain xp normally. |

Thanks guys -- and thanks for the tips on those three support gems and the haku items. The wiki doesnt mention what quality affects on them so I wasnt sure.
