lvl 30 smite skill means 252 flat lightning and 182% damage multiplier instead of 126 flat damage and 167% damage multiplier of a lvl 21 smite.
That is by far not good enough for solo smite players compared to a 2as foil with 16% ele penetration etc so this item is just about party play (LOL). Having a 2as weapon instead of a 1.25 means 60% more dps. Having 182% damage multiplier instead of 167% means only 8% more dps. 120 flat damage more I would consider to be like 20% more damage so yea not even any close to be considered. regards, a dude who got 100 with smite in synthesis.
