Quests not progressing (Act 3)

The quests in act 3 are not progressing, when i get the items it sends me back to the last objective, but it can't be complete.

You need Ribbon Spool to talk to Dialla.
Spiritus is for another quest... Remember, suffering is convenient.
That is why many people prefer it. Happiness requires effort. |
