Can we get a unique item that has some way to cast spectral stampede?

The community doesn't agree with itself, or you, with great frequency. However, one thing I think we can all agree on is that a spell that summons a parade of ghost chickens will, to borrow a phrase from Marie Kondo, "bring joy".

You've made quite a few nice items. Items that help you kill mobs faster. Items that help you kill bosses faster. Items with power levels over 9000. Items that sell for 9000 EX. But no items that let me bask in the grandiosity of a procession of spectral rhoa.

Please, GGG, make a unique that lets us have a way to cast spectral stampede. I don't care how absurd the trigger mechanism is (e.g., "20% on hit with an enemy that ignited and has at least 3 frenzy charges"), just gib dat gh0st chixen.
