UBER Elder Fight - need tips

Hi,
about Uber Elder fight. I'm all good with damage.

BUT i don't have enough movement speed to survive. ANY TIPS?

I can't afford to buy onslaught boots or MS ring.

Why are 30% Movement Speed, Phase Run and a Movement Skill not enought? What mechanics are you struggling with?
You have to deal with a lot of cold Damage. As you said, that the damage ist okay, I highly recommend to give a a offensive Aura and take Purity of Ice instead. A an chill/freeze flask is also very helpful.

Amhort is the char.

My problem are all the things on the floor that slow you down.
Also my Flasks are always empty.

Uber Elder needs a lot of practice. First time i failed 6-7 times before beating him. Yesterday i got him on my seconds try. I think my mistake was that i didn't try to concentrate the shaper bubbles in one spot or at least on the edge of the arena. Furthermore you should kill the elder octopuses as fast as possible. The fight gets harder if the ground is more full with some sh** :)

In addition what helped me was a elder ring with "curses with warlord's mark on hit" and a cwdt setup with immortal call.

I tried the kaom's boot, too. But in my opinion they are only helpfull at that moment when elder is doing that ice scissor which slows you down. I would prefer normal boots with 30% MS. Furthermore i have "60 % more damage while soul gain prevention" craftet on my boots. That gives you a hugh dps boost if you use a vaal skill. Especially if you use two vaal skills. The more damage you do the faster you kill them and the higher you life leech through warlord's mark is :)

What are the strategies against this attack? I get caught in this a bit too often for my taste and the Shaper takes the opportunity to do a number on me with his balls.

He shoots two times three balls and then comes the beam. I just run around and avoid the balls. After the second three i push the Button for the movement skill so i dodge the beam when it starts. If i get hit just smash life flasks to avoid to die.

Another option would be that you put on the kaoms just for this phase. When you realize that the phase begins just switch boots. Will take you maybe 1 second. After the phase is over just switch back to you normal ones.
