Multiple Crafted Modifiers Bug

So I have just crafted "CAN HAVE MULTIPLE CRAFTED MODIFIERS" on my second sceptre that has 1 prefix on it and when I try to put a mod it says "Item has no space for more mods."

Magic items can only have 2 affixes. You need to use a Regal to make it rare. All those items you see with one mod and 5 multi-mods were Regalled and Annulled first.
You can still save this item by getting lucky on your Regal, but if it's not a good Regal, you just dicked yourself. This bow for example. I alt spammed for the +1 gems. Got lucky with it since it was by itself. Regalled +dex, then got lucky again and Annulled the dex off. Then multi-modded the rest of it. Last edited by Revnaut#0808 on Apr 18, 2019, 1:05:59 PM
