Magma Orb Cant Bounce Over the Top of Stairs (V2)

As already reported here (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1519614/page/1#p12756539 - closed thread, that's why i posted a new thread, i hope that is okay)

Magma Orb cannot cross stairs (self cast) - or only in very obscure cases i actually manage to hit mobs beyond stairs or ledges (level differences like docks, where you are on top and the mobs are on a lower level or vice versa) or even small "stairs" like there are a lot in The Ossuary obstruct the bounce and behave like a wall or a solid obstacle.

Edit: also very noticeable in incursions and the temple. Currently i am not able to do incursions safely with magma orb, since the vaal constructs are partially not reachable without repositioning, and with that mob density there it is pretty dangerous (to die)
