How do you use essences on fractured items ?

In spite of the patch, I can't seem to be able to use essences on fractured items. It still tells me "Target is not Normal Rarity".
Am I missing something ? Are only items droped after the patch craftable ? Last bumped on Apr 10, 2019, 9:34:36 PM

I did. Still can't use essences.

You most likely have to use shrieking or higher essences for it to work. i.e. the ones that reroll rare items.
If the essence states use on a "normal item" then it won't work. |

Yep. I didn't know there were essences that rerolled already rare items until this league where they are required to be used on fractured items.
