crafting energy shield on rings

Is not being able to use the crafting bench for energy shield on rings intentional? or is this a bug? and if its a bug why has no on reported this?

It's intentional. Plenty of mods are not craftable.

That craft option was removed long ago but you can still craft on amulets.

You can craft flat ES and fossil mod.

flat energy shield was what i wanted on my rings but its not even an option which makes no sense since you can craft life and mana, its not even a veiled craft. i dont know but i just find lack of flat energy shield for ring crafts very limiting for ES players. it pretty much forces them to slam over good suffixes.
