Looking for guide, how to configurate new loot filter.

I mean, is there any new conditions for new content like Shattered, Shaper items, like "6-s=..., Colour=RGB, Rarity=..., Class=...".

Hey there!
You can find a guide to creating loot filters here if you want to try your hand at creating your own. :) With FilterBlade, if you customise the filter just how you want it and then download it you can open the .filter file in Notepad (or your preferred text editor) and check out how it hides specific items. You can also make your own tweaks here too. Im using filtration program. You don't need to know anything about scripts. Very easy graphical program to configurate any poe item filter.
