[Fixed] Unable to import Xbox character to PoB.

Found my POESESSID in my cookies.

1. Press F12.
2. Application.
3. Cookies.
4. Copied Value.

When pasting into PoB I get this message.



I assume it is not working for console users yet? I can not just enter my account name, since my PC and Xbox names are exactly the same. My profile is not private and viewable while in a different browser with no issue.

There are 3 account databases now when there used to be only one. PoB can't yet handle that, so it behaves like it's always done and checks the PC database only. Support for console accounts is likely to come to PoB eventually.

I assumed that was the case for being able to search by account name. But the POESESSID is unique, and I thought it would work. Guess we will have to wait a bit longer then.

POESESSID causes PoB to internally replicate a unique browser session. From there it's able to calculate the URLs of the bits of data it needs to grab. With console the directory structure is different (there's a "/sony/" in the URL of PS4 skill trees for example) and PoB won't know to grab it's data from that directory, hence it's unable to find a valid tree and an error is bounced back.

Good to see PoB has been updated though; I assume it's only the PC version at the moment as I can't get mobile to find console accounts. Hopefully that version will update soon too.
