How to verify email?

It says at the top "Account not verified" I click it and it says I don't have permission. There's no email for it in my inbox, what do I do?

Hope we PS4 palyers able to buy POE point from the website.
It can't use any Microtransactions on Taiwan PS4 PS STORE. So if allow to buy point on website ,that's will be great for Taiwan players to do Microtransactions from website.(cause Taiwan PSN not open now) plz ,let us release from 4 x pages tiny stash disaster.
