Spark with Hazardous Research Cobalt Jewel

This Jewel do the following :

".... Spark fires projectiles in a Nova"

But if the front of the character is obstruct by an element of the scenery, the spell just doesn't launch and no spark is released even if the Back & sides of the character are free.

So the Spell doesn't Work in Nova, it still goes in front and then release in nova, then causing the problem listed if the front is obstruct.

In hope this will be patched, or maybe if someone were to tell that this was intentioned.
