Fractured mod on Circle of Guilt(and others) unique ring not counting towards synthesis.
Was trying to make a +1 max charge Circle of Guilt ring but I decided to check if it was even possible before I attempted. The idea was to get 2 other rings with fractured +all attributes rolls on them to break the +45 to all attributes threshold to unlock the +max charge/6% attribute bracket.
I checked on softcore synthesis and there is not a single circle unique ring with one of these modifiers. Then looking at rings with +all attributes implicits I saw the highest was the 8-9 roll corresponding to the bracket that requires 31-45 all attributes when synthesised. So this leads to the conclusion that the fractured mod on the uniques does not contribute to the resulting implicit. A very disappointing conclusion and one I am labelling as a bug. Please change this. Last bumped on Mar 24, 2019, 3:43:35 PM

" Thanks for your report, it is intended that the mods on the Unique ring don't count towards Synthesising the item. | |
Okay so the mods on the unique rings don't count towards synthesising, so how come when I put in two rare rings each with two fractured mods the resulting ring only had 1 implicit? Atleast be consistent if you're going to be taking the route which reduces player power the most.

" Sorry, I think I misunderstood what you were saying in your initial post, so the way it works is that the values of the mods on the Unique item aren't taken into account when Synthesising, however the number of Fractured mods will still be taken into account. Sorry for the confusion. |
