Divine Ire + Concentrated effect

Divine Ire has the AoE tag but concentrated effect support doesn't give any increase in damage (in-game tool tip), is this intended? The reason i am asking this is because Path of Building shows that concentrated effect should work with divine ire.

the ingame tooltip probably only shows the damage of the balls. these do NOT do area damage.

The final beam DOES area damage, and will get modified by conc effect.


This is just another instance of "The ingame tooltip is shit".
