Dread Banner and Generosity

I'm currently running Dread Banner solely for the "nearby enemies have x% less accuracy mod" on a build that's heavily invested into evade/dodge. If I support it with generosity, would that still apply to my nearby enemies since it's not a mod that affects me directly? Or is that buff not considered part of the "Aura" portion of the skill?
