Many players are having this problem, GGG haven't said anything and probably won't give any help anytime soon... Don't expect to solve this problem easily tbh.

Getting this since league start. Haven't even been able to load into Lioneye's Watch. Nice job phasing out DX11 GGG. Can play other games perfectly fine using DX11, so it's clearly this game's fault and not DX11 itself.

Please try these instructions I gave another user here ( https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2468061/page/1#p21803983 ) for his exception error.

And follow up with DXdiag and Event Viewer, if the problem persists.

That topic has nothing to do with this guy's problem. Look at that screen, it's a gpu either dying or overheating.

Except it does? It's the exact same error of the title. The line part is irrelevant AFAIK, unless you have a source that clarify about line 199 and 171? I doubt it's GPU dying because I get the same error but play other games perfectly fine, even demanding MMOs with dozens of other characters on the screen.
