Error "bad allocation" on loading screens

ello everybody,

after a small correspondence with the technical support (who asked me to post this here in the forum)
I'll describe my problem here as well and hope for help.

I have the problem since March 10, I can start the game I can choose a character - if I then press play
comes the loading screen and then the error "bad allocation" in 9 out of 10 cases
in 1 out of 10 cases I come to the city and then get the error when joining the hideout or another city.
I've been hard at taking the MTX out of all the equipment - without any improvement.
I've created a new character as a test - without any improvement.

The error occurs on each of the devices when I log in with my normal account.

I ran the PackCheck several times on all devices without an error message or other problems,
the error "bad allocation" comes nevertheless.

Now I have to test a completely new account and the strange thing is that I can play for hours without any error message,
but also without my MTX and the whole StashTabs!

Therefore, I assume that it can not be a problem with the hardware or the PoE installation / PoE files - but let me also like a better lesson if so the problem disappears


I do not give up hope on who has a solution to the problem.

Got same problem in the past. In cause this only appear at this special account (an other older and a new one) work perfect and we tried this account at friends PC give same error) it MUST be a problem at userdatatbase side.

But ... no "support" help!
Only computer like generated answer with: ...feel free to ask again...

There is no support who is really interested in doing "support".

My result:
Just have to delete this account with x$ of mtx and additional stash/special-tabs and start with new.

Therefore i can say... don't hope for help from GGG/Support.

These are not nice prospects for me ..... but good for GGG --- new StashTabs around 1000 points = $ 100 for the first outfit ...... and the earned Season Rewards are no longer regain those are gone
well if I understand you correctly, you have confirmed that a brand new account can play on all your devices without problems.
Then it can't be a TECH support problem, but an account problem.
Please e-mail GGG support (NOT TECHSUPPORT) and clearly tell them this.
I did that today and got the same automatic mail back from Support!
