The Eternal Apple and Enduring cry interaction

I have been theorycrafting a bit with this unique and now I am wondering about one thing. The description in unique says:

"you lose all Endurance Charges on reaching maximum"
"Trigger a Socketed Warcry Skill when you lose Endurance Charges"

If you put Enduring cry in it and there is enough enemies around to max out your endurance charges again.... you should lose them again just after getting them, right? So the sequence of events would be:

(assuming 3 is out max)

- Gain 3 E. Charges
- Lose all 3 E. Charges
- Trigger Warcry -> Enduring cry
- Gain again 3 charges
- Lose all 3 E. Charges
- Your warcry is on CD so you dont trigger anything

Is that correct? Or did I miss something?
