Wings and making them actually useful

It is already 7 of my "Suggestions" which becomes reality in PoE.
2 of them are actually the most played expansions overall ;).
I was a bit mad about the ES nerf, but anyway, but I am forgiving person..

So.. WINGS..

Currently there is wings on sale.. and they are selling not bad I believe considering how many peoples are with such things on their back.
Anyway they are not actually useful.
So. Let's make them useful ;)

1. Part of the story line.
Once You complete the upcoming ACT12 ;) 10 + 2 ( which is additional suggestion ) our character dies into incredible plot twist or culmination, and reborn with wings by one or another reason ( becoming angel, becoming evil or .. just because reasons ).
Anyway these wings are not shown permanently, but just for a short period during cutscenes or in some rare skills ( like Leapslam or anything which requires jumping ).
Once You obtain market wings - ofc they will be shown permanently and the effects with them will be much interesting.
Especially those related with skills.
Like for instance - while the Witch is casting sitting at one place she is slowly rising into mid air with the wings..
While duelist making cyclone permanently his wings keeping him above the ground.. something like this,.

2. Hideout. The hideouts is on 2 stories like I suggested once before.
The second story is in the clouds or the space.
Unlocked trough hard gameplay.
It is generally accesible with a teleport between the 1st gound floor but if the player have wings he just can fly to it. and generally fly all around in his own HO.
