Game Crash On Specific Spell Effect after 3.6

This was the fifth time this happened today and i managed to grab an SS during it.
The red link between the mobs? ALso PoE in game settings; https://imgur.com/a/EzbNEmQ v-sync is on, 1920-1080 , fullscreen windowed mode. Hope these help since it is not random at all. Sounds like data corruption to me. Doing this should fix it.
