Blight skill disappearing as soon as I use any flask

My Blight skill within my skill bar disappears as soon as i use a flask, this happening to anyone else?

Likewise, it's annoying since they're my single target use and without them (upon usage of a potion especially during a boss fight). Hope GGG sees this and fixes this :c.

Have play this game for the past year and a half. Pretty decent add-on.
