Niko not showing up in maps; entering my hideout prompts "Talk to Niko" every time

Hello, I don't think I've seen Niko in maps even once this league (pushing T5 maps now, so I've seen all the other masters many times). I've had 13 Sulphite since I finished the story.

Every time I enter my hideout it says "Talk to Niko", and I have been in a few maps that say "collect the sulphite" but the sulphite doesn't spawn.

My Voltaxic Generator in the delve area constantly has an exclamation mark above it as well.

edit: seems like it might be fixed after 3.6.0b, I did find Niko.

I have this same bug. He was fine on my league starter, but second character now does this where it Collect Voltaxic Sulphite 0/5 in every zone I go into. He is not spawning for me any longer.

I have pretty much the same bug except I get him in maps its just the quest notification keeps popping up to talk to him or collect his sulphite. I got to his original area and it wants me to collect his 5 sulphite but the map has none. For me, it is basically a huge annoyance to have the exclamation mark pop up next to my flask and I have to click it away every time i enter a new area. I found an old thread from November 2018 that has the same issue it seems.

Same here; there are multiple threads about it, including my own. Still, it isn't even in "known issues".

As an update, I went to a Niko map on the atlas, collected the 3 sulphite and then talked to him and exhausted his dialogue. The quest then completed and the annoying notifications stopped.
