Holy Flame Totem uncastable

This is not a bug, just forgot about how runebinder functioned
 Report Number: 3083163685 I recently picked up a Holy Flame Totem skill gem, equipped it to see what it was like, however I am unable to cast it. There doesn't appear to be anything in the tooltip that would indicate why I am unable to cast it. To demonstrate I recorded myself trying to use the skill when allocated to D and Left Click, here is a link to that video: https://youtu.be/ABFtTJhT7G0 I used the windows on-screen keyboard since it appeared to be the best way to demonstrate the skill not working. PLEASE, READ THE STUFF YOU TAKE IN PASSIVE TREE. P.S. First we had Ancestral Bond "bug reports" Now we have Runebinder "bug reports"... -_- Remember, suffering is convenient.
