Energy Shield Leech Does Nothing

Using Lightning Tendrils, Herald of Thunder, Orb of Storms. No leech occurring after taking Heart of Thunder. Others on Discord reporting same with different builds and nodes.

Pretty sure this is not an issue. I think my damage is low enough that most hits result in a leech less than 1 ES. Will report back once my damage gets up.

+1 ES leech doesn't work at all , and i have dps....

I'm self casting frost-bolt + Ice Nova, and I had around 2-3% ES leech total with 1.5k ES, decent DPS, enough to shatter big packs with a bit of everything. And when I do, knowing for a fact I just gave a many many thousands of damage total, I can only barely see my ES go up.
Maybe it's working as intended and it's just the new leech mechanics? |

I'm L72 now and ES leech is obviously working. Definitely not an issue.
