Can Perquil's Toe affect my totems actually ?

Perquil's Toe Gold Amulet
Requires Level: 29
(12–20)% increased Rarity of Items found
Lightning Damage from Enemies Hitting you is Lucky
+(40–50) to Dexterity
Nearby Allies' Damage with Hits is Lucky
(5–8)% increased Movement Speed

I looked up the definition of the word "Allies" on the wiki,which said it include:
1.players in your party
2.minions (includes minions of party members)
3.totems (includes totems of party members)

So,I thought that my totems should be strengthened by this amulet.
But in fact,I began to doubt it after some tests.
i summoned a golem and weared this amulet(without any arua).
I saw that there a circle appeared at the bottom of golem.
Then i summoned a totem,there was nothing below it.
If i active the Clarity arua,there will be a circle appeared at the bottom of totem,but Perquil's Toe's arua effect will not!

All in all,can Perquil's Toe affect my totems actually?Thanks!

Should affect them, yes. But sometimes things are weird for "reasons".

totems are allies, yes, but they use your offensive stats (your hits) so I expect totem damage to be unaffected
