Incinerate only generates stacks every other cast

As the title says, incinerate only generates a growing stack every other cast of the spell, not every cast like the gem description would have you believe. It seems like either some channeling skills gain 1 stage every other stage and Flameblast 2 every other stage OR they gain 0.5 stages every cast and FB 1 every cast.

Would be very nice to have official confirmation if this (and similar stage skills) are working as intended.
If it is indeed working as intended, please consider adding this important detail to the gem description. |
