Need help with potential spark build (3.6)

I want to play a spark based build, CI energy shield is my preferable style as I want to play with the new energy shield leech mechanics as well. This is the first time I've tried planning a build usually follow guides (4 lv90+ chars plus many lower)

Questions:
Struggling with energy shield seems low? I know I dont have jewels in but still and gear is hopeful anyway, don't know how much discipline should give?
Unsure what my total ES actual would be in this "perfect" scenario?
Is my damage going to be okay by looks of it?

Any other tips?
Elementalist looked better than occultist for this, but unsure really.

Would use herald of ice/thunder, and wrath in essence worm and discipline

Hope this makes sense to someone who can build better than me

I think the reason people are going occ is for the tankiness + double/triple curse

Ele could work but I feel it may be too squishy with spark
