Can a short bow have more than 4 links?

I got an ilevel 61 quill rain bow but the maximum sockets I can roll on it is 4 and I just made it 4 links for now. Can it have 5 or 6 links?

It is possible to get a 5l or 6l quill rain from what I know, if it is the correct ilvl.

you have the required ilvl but it is very hard to roll 5 or 6 sockets with jeweler orb. it can easily take hundreds to get 6 socket

spend around 20 jewel and i got this
